Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Need to change your appointment? Please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, and we will gladly move it to another available slot.
- You pay at the studio after your visit is confirmed, so there is nothing to refund when you cancel a booking ahead of time.
- Late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in reduced service time or applicable charges, as stated in our Terms of Service.
Concerns About a Treatment
- If you have a concern about a service or package you received at Jessira Glow Studio, please report it within 7 days of your appointment.
- If you are not fully satisfied with the results of a treatment, please let our team know as soon as possible so we can address your concerns.
- Gift certificates and promotional packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual upon request.

- Provide your name, contact information, and details about your treatment.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours to discuss the best solution, which may include a complimentary service adjustment, a rebooking, or a refund of any amount already paid.

- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible. Please allow 3–7 business days for your refund to appear after approval.
- Jessira Glow Studio reserves the right to decline refund requests that fall outside our policy or show evidence of misuse.
